1. What we are
Token Online (tokenonline.ai, the "Platform") is a marketplace for AI model capacity. Sellers place model-service credentials they lawfully hold into Platform custody; buyers spend wallet balance on metered usage, day passes or monthly plans, and call models through the Platform's OpenAI-compatible gateway. The Platform is not the model provider — capability, availability and content policy are set by each upstream vendor.
2. Accounts
You may sign in with an email link, a third-party account or a crypto-wallet signature. You are responsible for your account: anything done with your session or your API keys counts as done by you. If something looks wrong, cancel any unpaid withdrawal on the Wallet page, disable your API keys, and contact us.
We may suspend or ban an account for suspected fraud or money laundering, custody of credentials of unclear origin or in breach of the upstream vendor's terms, generating unlawful content, or attacking or abusing the Platform. After a ban, unpaid withdrawals are frozen for review and frozen seller earnings may be used to compensate affected buyers.
3. Seller rules
- You must hold lawful rights to every credential you list and you bear its upstream bill. Credentials are stored AES-256 encrypted and decrypted only to forward requests.
- Earnings = buyer payment × seller share (currently 70%; we may adjust with notice). Earnings are frozen first and released T+N days later (currently 7).
- We periodically make real calls with your credential to check health. When it fails, your listing is delisted automatically and you are notified. If that leaves a buyer's day pass or monthly plan unusable, we refund the buyer pro rata for the remaining time and claw back your share of that refund from your frozen or available balance.
- Listings that break the rules are force-delisted and their earnings are not settled.
4. Buyer rules
- Balance is loaded in USDT, never expires, and can be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal rules.
- Metered usage is charged at the published Platform price per model, which tracks upstream pricing; the price at the time of the call applies. Day passes and monthly plans are charged by time.
- Consumed usage is not refundable. If a day pass or monthly plan stops working because supply failed, we either rebind it to healthy supply on the same platform or refund the remaining time pro rata — see the refund policy.
- You are responsible for the content of your requests and are bound by the upstream vendor's content policy as well.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals carry a fixed network fee, a per-withdrawal minimum and a 24-hour cumulative limit (shown on the Wallet page). To protect against account takeover, the first withdrawal to a new address requires email confirmation within 30 minutes for accounts with an email, or a 24-hour cooling period for wallet-only accounts; addresses that have received a successful payout before are exempt. Every withdrawal is reviewed manually and normally paid within 24 hours. Funds go to the address you enter; a wrong address cannot be recovered.
6. Disputes
Buyers may open a dispute on a specific order or call with evidence. After review we either refund — credited to the buyer's available balance and clawed back from the seller's frozen earnings, with any shortfall covered by the Platform — or reject it. Both sides are notified in-app.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Model output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or fit for any purpose. The service is provided "as is"; we are not responsible for upstream outages, rate limits, bans or price changes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid the Platform in the 30 days before the claim arose.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, prices and the seller share; material changes are announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time and withdraw your remaining balance.
